How will my installation be carried out?

First, one of our professional installer will come to your house to examine your situation and precisely identify what needs to be done. Then, as soon as we know what we need to do, we will send you a message with a final quote for your approval. If you agree with the work that needs to be done, then we will arrange a new visit to install your product. From there, you can enjoy your brand new water softener 🎉

What about the warranty? Who comes in case of a defect?

If a failure happens during the warranty period, the warranty rules of the supplier are applied. We will either send one of our own Van Marcke technicians, or a technician from the device’s supplier to carry out the repairs.
